    RAFGS v Moor Park Golf Club - Moor Park Golf Club 

    The imposing clubhouse at Moor Park has a strong military link, having been the location for the planning of Operation Market Garden during the later stages of the Second World War.

    The longstanding RAFGS match against the club is played as 18 holes of 4BBB over the High Course, followed by dinner - usually held in the Arnhem Room, with the walls displaying memorabilia from the operation.

    RAFGA Pairs Open - Caversham Golf Club -  

    The final opportunity of the year for RAFGS members who are also members of the RAFGA to play in one of the RAFGA event.

    This event is also a Pairs competition and the location at Caversham Golf Club may be particularly attractive to our members located in the south of England.

    Yorkshire Meeting - York Golf Club 

    This is the third year that the meeting has been held at York Golf Club with its warm welcome for the Society, extensive warm-up facilities and excellent golf course.

    The format for the day is 18 holes of individual Stableford in the morning and 15 holes of Greensomes in the afternoon.

    Autumn Meeting - Wellingborough Golf Club 

    Our Autumn Meeting will again be held at Wellingborough Golf Club in Northamptonshire, with its impressive clubhouse and lovely parkland course.

    As usual we play 18 holes of individual Stableford in the morning and, in order to ensure that everyone can finish in daylight, the afternoon Greensomes is over 12 holes.

    RAFGS v Senior Golfers' Society - Woking Golf Club 

    Our final match of the year is against the Senior Golfers' Society and is played at their home course of Woking Golf Club.

    The match is played as a foursomes competition over two rounds, with th 18 holes in the morning followed by lunch in the dining room and then 14 holes in the afternoon.

    Winter Meeting - Sandy Lodge Golf Club 

    The year concludes with our Winter Meeting at Sandy Lodge Golf Club, where the sandy free-draining soil ensures that the course is in excellent condition even at this time of year.

    The event is played as 18 holes of individual Stableford, followed by dinner and the prize-giving in the clubhouse.
