2025 Winners: Match halved, West Hill retain the trophy as current holders

This opening event in our calendar is always popular, not least because of the opportunity to play the outstanding course at West Hill Golf Club.

The match is 12-a-side 4BBB and we play for the James Webster Trophy, currently held by the club. Those playing for the RAFGS will find their hosts extremely generous, as well as highly competitive - the match is always played in a great spirit.

After the match, we have a late lunch in the dining-room and presentation of the trophy - jacket and tie required.
