The Annual RAFGS Scottish Tour is one of the highlights of the year and we have been returning to Morayshire each year since 1980.

Accommodation: Please arrange your own local accommodation - the tour will be based in Lossiemouth.

Golf:

Monday 11th May:
Nairn Dunbar Moray Firth
Optional warm-up round of 18 holes individual Stableford on the Monday afternoon, which in 2026 will be at Nairn Dunbar Golf Club with 18 holes individual Stableford and a soup and sandwich lunch.





Tuesday 12th May:
Moray Overview of 13th 14th 15th OldOn the first day of the Tour competition, we will play the challenging links of Moray Golf Club at Lossiemouth. The format for the day is 18 holes of individual Stableford in the morning, a soup and sandwich lunch and an optional 18 hole team competition in the afternoon.





Wednesday 13th May:
Elgin Golf ClubOn Wednesday we move to the inland links golf course at Elgin Golf Club. Format will be the usual 18 holes of individual Stableford in the morning, optional 18 hole team competition in the afternoon; again a soup and sandwich lunch is included.

Buggies are at a premium at Elgin (they only have two). If you need a buggy and demand exceeds supply, we may have to ask some members to play their individual Stableford in the afternoon. The club are happy for you to use your own buggy if you have one of your own and are able to bring it with you.


Thursday 14th May: This year we play the third round of competition at Hopeman Golf Club - a change from our usual schedule, but a course that will be familiar to many previous tourists as the venue for our first day warm-up round. As on the first two competition day, we will play an 18 hole individual Stabelford in the morning, followed by a soup and sandwiches lunch and then an optional 18 jp;e team competition in the afternoon.

Friday 15th May:
Forres Golf ClubThe golf side of the Tour finishes at Forres Golf Club, where we play 18 holes of individual Stableford in the morning, followed by the usual soup and sandwiches lunch and, in the afternoon, an optional 18 hole individual 3-club competition.






The Tour concludes with a Dinner (tie preferred, jacket optional) and the Prize-giving at Moray Golf Club on Friday evening.

Scottish Cup (Overall winner).  2025 winner - John Pearce
Veterans Quaich (Age 65 and over).  2025 winner - Joe Bains
Harry Griffiths Prize for Best Tourist. 2025 winner - Roger Carr
Guest Tankard (presented by the Griffiths family).  2025 winner - Farrukh Bajwa
